यह कविता उन तमाम देशी विदेशी आक्रांताओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए लिखी गई है जो भारत की पुण्य भूमि को लूटने के उद्देश्य से यहां आये या फिर एक राज्य से दूसरे राज्य गए .और ज्ञान व प्रकाश की खोज में रत भारत को विदेशी साम्राज्यवादी नीति का अंग बनते देखकर कुछ साधकों व दृष्टाओं के मन में यह विचार जन्मे.

गढे होंगे किले,
बसाए होंगे महल!
तुम्हारे पास, 
तोप और तलवार का बल!

साथ यात्रियों का,
एक सहस्त्र दल!
सैनिकों की टुकड़ी,
मोर्चेबंदी और सेंधमारी में कुशल!
मेरे पास कुछ नहीं,
मात्र भ्रम के कुहासे में ढकी,
भोर की एक नन्हीं उजली किरण!
मेरे जीवन की आशा,
संजो कर कुछ जुटा पाने का संतोष,
मिल बांट कर खाने का सुख!
कुछ स्वाध्याय का तप,
प्रकृति अलमस्त फकीर!
असीम संवेदनाओ से उपजे,
वैराग्य की स्मृति के,
वो सुनहरे पल!!

Let us now look at a long-term problem. It is paradoxical to see floods in one part of our country while some other parts face drought. This drought - flood phenomenon is a recurring feature. The need of the hour is to have a water mission which will enable availability of water to the fields, villages, towns and industries throughout the year, even while maintaining environmental purity. One major part of the water mission would be networking of our rivers. Technological and project management capabilities of our country can rise to the occasion and make this river networking a reality with long term planning and proper investment. In addition, the vast sea around us can help by providing potable water through desalination as a cost effective technology. There are of course short term techniques such as water harvesting by revitalizing rural ponds, water recycling to water conservation. Such programmes should have a large scale people participation even at the conceptual and project planning stages. The entire programme should revolve around economic viability leading to continued prosperity for our people with larger employment potential, environmental sustainability, grass root level motivation and benefit sharing.

Let us come to the point our common aim is to do something for our nation, for our nature. Let us remove the conflicts arising out of differences and small thinking.

रे सन्यासी मन 

रे सन्यासी मन !
तू किसे खोजता कर रहा जतन 
जब द्धार तेरे सामने है 
तो क्यों भटक रहा है मन 
रे सन्यासी मन !
अब तो आवाहन भी होने लगा 
चल पड़ तू अपनी धुन में 
होकर मगन 
रे सन्यासी मन !

कौन थीं वो

कौन थीं वो 

एक दिवंगत संतात्मा के लिए मूलतः यह एक विदेशी महिला हैं जो भारतीय अध्यात्म से प्रेरित होकर जर्मनी से भारत आयीं और प्राचीन भारतीय दर्शन, ऋषि मुनियों की तपस्चर्या और उनके आध्यात्मिक ज्ञान की विरासत से इतना अभिभूत हुईं कि उन्होंने आजीवन भारत में ही निवास करने का संकल्प लिया और साधना के क्षेत्र में ही अपना जीवन समर्पित कर दिया कुछ वर्षों पूर्व संयोग से उनसे मिलने का सौभाग्य मिला मात्र कुछ पलों की यह छोटी सी भेंट सदैव के लिए अपनी स्मृति छोड़ गयी. पिछले वर्ष पुनः उनके दर्शन की इच्छा से उनके आश्रम गयी तो पता चला उन्होंने अपना शरीर छोड़ दिया. उन्ही पुण्यात्मा की स्मृति में एक छोटी सी जो रचना बन पड़ी उसे प्रकाशित कर रही हुँ आश्रम की ओर से यदि अनुमति मिली तो अधिक जानकारी व फोटो भी प्रकाशित की जाएगी .

      

यूँ ही एक दिन निकली 
 सड़क के सीधे छोर 

जहाँ अभ्यस्त ना थे पग 

कम जाते थे लोग 

मैं थी मेरे साथ थी 

मेरी एक घनिष्ठ मित्र 

हम दोनों चल पड़े थे 

किसी जिज्ञासावश 

देखें क्या है इस ओर 

कुछ ही कदम चले थे 
एक परिचित जानी पहचानी 

सहपाठी थी जा रही थी 

अपने  घर की ओर 

मार्ग में देखा उसने जब 

तो कहा चलो मेरे घर 

यह था एक औपचारिक निमंत्रण 

जो हमने स्वीकार कर लिया 

साथ हो लिए चल पड़े उसके संग 

चलो देखें आज यात्रा का
कौन सा पथ बाट जोह रहा
द्वार पर आकर चकित थे हम 

क्या ऐसे भी बसते हैं लोग यहाँ 

यह कोई आमजन ना थे 

ये तो थे दूर देश की संस्कृति से आये 
आकर आत्मसात हो गए

दो देश की संस्कृतियों को 

मिला जुला रूप 

अपनी नस्ल में दे गये 

उससे भी ज्यादा कौतूहल 

जो बस मौन में ही व्यक्त हो गया 

ना उसने कुछ कहा

ना हमने प्रश्न किया 

बस आनन्द बोध और श्रद्धा वश 

हमने उनको नमन किया

थीं वो एक ऋषि माता
उम्र थी कोई सत्तर वर्ष
की हो जैसे प्रचंड साधना
उनके व्यक्तित्व से ऐसा कुछ भान हुआ
चारों ओर मधुरता थी
थे बाग़ बगीचे, हरियाली
दूर तक फैली हुई थी कांति की ही छटा निराली

मन पुलकित विस्मित और आनंदित
ऐसे परिवेश को पाकर
जो बस दिखाई देता था
किसी दिवास्वप्न में आकर
स्वप्न आकर जैसे स्वयं साकार हो गया
शायद की हो वर्षों पूर्व तपस्या
जो हल्की सी स्मृति का बोध दे रहा
या फिर किसी संत आत्मा से
मिलना था बस किसी खातिर
शायद नियंता ने ऐसा कुछ
आज का दिन विशेष कर दिया

बस मौन ही मौन था
कोई शब्द ना थे
बस  थी आनंदित अभिव्यक्ति
समय का भी कुछ बोध ना था
थे शांत सभी कोई कोलाहल
और कोई शोर ना था

सुन पा रहे थे हम सभी को
विना बोले जैसे हों हम कोई आत्मजन
संवाद का ऐसा उदाहरण
अपूर्व, अनुपम, अदभुत, विलक्षण
आये हैं कुछ विशेष प्रयोजन
यह सन्देश मानो हमें
लक्ष्य की ओर इंगित कर रहा
ऐसे भी होते हैं पल
जीवन के जीवंत पूर्ण क्षण
हमसे आकर कुछ व्यक्त कर रहे
देखो ऐसे जीवन को भी
जो हर द्वंदों से हमको मुक्त कर रहे

कोई वैचारिक आकर्षण विकर्षण
और ना कोई संघर्षों से उपजा घर्षण
कुछ और नया अब प्रकट ना था
है यही शायद गंतव्य की मनोभूमि
ना जाने कौन सी तरंगें किस आवृत्ति से
अंदर प्रवाहमान हो तेजपुंज को प्रदीप्त कर गयीं
और ध्यान की प्रखरता को तीव्र कर गयीं
संवाद अब होने लगा
उस निराकार निर्विकार निश्छल हृदय से
मिल गया मानो मुझे वो
किसी खोजे हुए अंतस कमल से.

Let we discuss about climate control 

rather than climate change. 

How much sensitive are we to our environment? how do we protect our natural resources? The earth, water, fire, air, sky, originally these are five elements of our nature. We have remembered the formula the law of conservation of energy, but we do not pay attention how to balance energy. Often we discuss on climate change and take the responsibility to reduce some harmful factors for it. Of course change is the law of nature but control is the mechanism of nature. Why we do not think about it. Can we develop the formula to keep the control over more consumption of natural resources.

Navdanya in Dehradun : A modal of sustainable development related to organic farming

 सतत विकास की प्रक्रिया में योगदान दे रहा नवदान्या

यहाँ होता है पारम्परिक तरीके से बीजों का सरंक्षण। जैविक खेती का एक मॉडल विकसित किया है देहरादून में नवदान्या ने, यह एक गैर सरकारी संगठन है तथा देशी फसलों व अनाजों की बहुत सी प्रजातियाँ यहाँ पर बने सीड बैंक में सुरक्षित रखी जाती हैं। इसकी संस्थापक डॉ वंदना शिवा हैं जिन्होंने पर्यावरण व् सामाजिक कार्यों में अपना उल्लेखनीय योगदान दिया है, इन्होने कई भारतीय बीजों के पेटेंट व सरंक्षण सम्बन्धी अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बहस में हिस्सा लिया ,जैव विविधता व् जैव प्रौद्योगिकी अभियानों के माध्यम से अनेक देशों के हरित आन्दोलनों को सहायता पहुंचाई, यह एक लेखिका व वैज्ञानिक भी हैं। नवदन्या के माध्यम से देश में मृदा सरंक्षण, जैविक खेती, बीजों का प्राकृतिक सरंक्षण, जलवायु परिवर्तन अनेक विषयों से सम्बंधित कार्य किया जा रहा है।
Navdanya : an organic farming and seed conserving foundation situated in Dehradun

Navdanya means “nine seeds” (symbolizing protection of biological and cultural diversity) and also the “new gift” (for seed as commons, based on the right to save and share seeds In today’s context of biological and ecological destruction, seed savers are the true givers of seed. This gift or “dana” of Navadhanyas (nine seeds) is the ultimate gift – it is a gift of life, of heritage and continuity. Conserving seed is conserving biodiversity, conserving knowledge of the seed and its utilization, conserving culture, conserving sustainability.

Some Features of Navdanya

Navdanya is a network of seed keepers and organic producers spread across 18 states in India.Navdanya has helped set up 122 community seed banks across the country, trained over 5,00,000 farmers in seed sovereignty, food sovereignty and sustainable agriculture over the past two decades,

and helped setup the largest direct marketing, fair trade organic network in the country. Navdanya has also set up a learning center, Bija Vidyapeeth (School of the Seed / Earth University) on its biodiversity conservation and organic farm in Doon Valley, Uttarakhand, North India.

Navdanya is actively involved in the rejuvenation of indigenous knowledge and culture. It has created awareness on the hazards of genetic engineering, defended people's knowledge from biopiracy and food rights in the face of globalisation and climate change.Navdanya is a women centred movement for the protection of biological and cultural diversity.

The concept of Earth Swaraj  
Seed Sovereignty (Beej Swaraj), Food Sovereignty (Anna Swaraj), Water Sovereignty (Jal Swaraj) and Land Sovereignty (Bhu Swaraj). We need once more to feel at home on the earth and with each other.

What is Organic farming 

Organic farming is the form of agriculture that relies on crop rotation, green manure, compost, biological pest control, and mechanical cultivation to maintain soil productivity and control pests. This however is achieved by excluding the use of synthetic fertilizers and synthetic pesticides; plant growth regulators, livestock feed additives, and genetically modified organisms. Organic farming benefits from the recycling and use of natural products. By supporting local, sustainable and organic farms in your local community you also support the larger community of which we are all a part. Organic farming is the way forward towards a healthier life and a cleaner environment. 

Food Crisis 

 
The recent years have seen a dramatic increase in world food prices, creating a global crisis and causing political and economic instability and social unrest in both poor and developed nations. Experts and scholars believe that the root causes for this global food crisis is the increasing use of bio-fuels in developed countries,; and an increasing demand for a more varied diet across the expanding middle-class populations of developing countries, especially Asia. 

Climate Change 

Climate change is a very real and current threat. In fact it can be considered to be one of the greatest environmental, social and economic threats facing the planet today. Around the globe, seasons are shifting, temperatures are climbing and sea levels are rising. Climate change is giving rise to extreme events such as heat waves, droughts, floods and hurricanes and other such unnatural phenomenon. If we don’t act now, climate change will permanently alter our planet and our means of survival.
